Shopping centres have transformed consumers’ consumption patterns, behaviour, and spatial trips. Consumers’ shopping trips shifted from traditional streets to centres. Their decision patronise a centre is generally influenced by set of attributes that consumers consider commanding them visit the centre. These or reasons establish centre’s role in neighbourhood. This paper aims analyse for visiting centres, their visits companions, frequency as determinant factors township entertainment spaces South Africa. The study contributes literature on townships outside Africa’s metropolitan areas. A questionnaire survey was employed acquire data 390 Namakgale Crossing using convenient sampling technique. concludes play an social addition economic role.
